Refund Policy
How refunds work for AltGenie Pro and Agency licenses. LemonSqueezy is the checkout provider, and its standard refund window applies.
The short version
Pro and Agency licenses are refundable within LemonSqueezy's standard refund window. The free tier costs nothing and needs no refund.
1. Refund window
Refund requests for Pro and Agency licenses are handled through LemonSqueezy, our checkout provider. LemonSqueezy's standard refund window applies. If you are within that window and request a refund, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the LemonSqueezy customer portal link from your purchase confirmation email, or contact us with your order details and we will help you initiate it.
3. Free tier
The free tier on WordPress.org costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can deactivate and delete the plugin at any time.
4. What happens after a refund
After a refund is processed, your license key is deactivated and premium features (image schema, sitemap, front-end fixing, white-label reports, etc.) are disabled. Any alt text you generated while your license was active remains in your WordPress database — it is your data.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests outside the standard window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people — if something is genuinely wrong, tell us.
